Burgundy, the land of wine

We arrived in France on Saturday morning, and immediately hopped a train for Burgundy, a province about 2 hours outside of Paris.  Our first night we stayed in the picturesque village of Beaune to rest and prepare for hiking.  Sunday was spent exploring Beaune, tasting some wine, and getting ready for the hike to start on Monday.  On Monday and Tuesday we hiked the French countryside, from village to village, through many winefields and winding country roads.  We got very lucky with the weather, which was gorgeous!  Rain would've been tough.  The Paris pics are still to come...
